WHY Free-T v1?

Free-T v1 was created to surpass all other male hormone supplements on the market regarding safety and efficacy.

Free-T v1 is a combination of 7, all-natural ingredients, that bring you the premium, perennial powerhouse feeling of elevated testosterone and balanced estrogen. Balancing and maintaining these hormones are crucial for every male of any age.

Benefits of having a higher free testosterone level can include but are not limited to a higher level of muscle mass, lowered body fat, more energy and less fatigue, increased libido and a more consistent, bright mood.

Balancing estrogen is equally as important as testosterone. Too much estrogen in men can lead to a multitude of issues such as gynecomastia (enlargement of breast tissue), decreased sex drive as well as difficulty achieving and maintaining an erection and infertility.

Free-T v1 is designed to balance these crucial hormones in your body. We aim to raise your free testosterone to a level that your body desires and lower the 3 types of estrogen in your blood to a healthy, stabilized level.

We do not want to advertise this product as a testosterone booster alone. Yes, it will absolutely raise your testosterone, but it will also balance your other KEY hormones like estrogen, LH (luteinizing hormone) and FSH (follicle stimulating hormone). Free-T v1 is a male hormone supplement, not just a testosterone supplement.

What about the other guys?

Our biggest issue with other testosterone/hormone supplements is that they are critically under-dosed and contain ingredients like Tribulus, Maca Root and D-Aspartic Acid. Well what’s wrong with those ingredients? They work, don’t they?

For some, these ingredients may work. For some, these ingredients do not work. For many, these ingredients can cause a plethora of GI related side effects like nausea, heartburn, stomach cramps and many reports of kidney damage have occurred while taking Tribulus.

Another issue we have with these ingredients is they may also suppress your natural testosterone production once you’re off the product. All these ingredients, in conjunction with one another, create a supplement that MUST be cycled on and off, and the majority of you beautiful dudes don’t want that. You shouldn’t HAVE to do that. Many companies will also not disclose to you that you should ONLY use their product for a month at a time (or less) and to then take a break for another month because of the potential damage that can be done to both your hormones and your GI tract.

To us, that is unacceptable.

INGREDIENTS

Fenugreek

(Trigonella foenum-graecum) is a plant that stands around 2-3 feet tall. It has green leaves, small white flowers, and pods that contain small, golden-brown seeds. Those seeds contain the supplement Fenugreek.

For thousands of years, Fenugreek has been used in alternative and Chinese medicine to treat skin conditions and many other diseases. For the last century or so, one of the most common reasons men use fenugreek supplements is to boost testosterone and aid in libido.

Some studies have found that it has beneficial effects, including an increased libido and in an 8-week study, 30 college-aged men performed 4 sessions of weightlifting per week, with half of them receiving 500 mg of fenugreek per day.

Although the non-supplement group experienced a slight decline in testosterone, the fenugreek group showed an increase. This group also had a 2% reduction in body fat.

One 6-week study provided 30 men with 600 mg of fenugreek extract to assess changes in sexual function and libido. Most participants reported increased strength and improved sexual function.

Fenugreek has also been used to control diabetes and blood sugar levels, as well as help lower bad cholesterol (Low-Density Lipoprotein), control appetite and even reduce inflammation.

Calcium D-Glucarate

Calcium-D-Glucarate is the calcium salt of D-glucaric acid, a substance produced naturally in small amounts by mammals, including humans. Oral supplementation of Calcium-D-Glucarate has been shown to inhibit beta-glucuronidase, an enzyme produced by colonic microflora and involved in Phase II liver detoxification. Elevated beta-glucuronidase activity is associated with an increased risk for various cancers, particularly hormone-dependent cancers such as breast, prostate, and colon cancers. Other potential clinical applications of oral Calcium-D-Glucarate include regulation of estrogen metabolism and as a lipid-lowering agent.

When combined with our other (GREAT) ingredients like DIM, Fenugreek and Boron, Calcium D-Glucarate will help metabolize estrogen in your body more effectively, leaving your body room to produce and stabilize your other hormones like LH (luteinizing hormone), FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) and testosterone.

Magnesium Aspartate

Magnesium is an essential ion involved in multiple fundamental physiologic functions in humans. Magnesium is involved in the pathways generating adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and energy in mitochondria, electron transport chain and complex subunits, and oxygen detoxification. Magnesium is also a cofactor in over 300 enzymatic reactions and biological processes, including protein and nucleic acid synthesis, and neuromuscular excitability.

Magnesium is a crucial mineral for ATP production and when combined with zinc monomethionine, can create a cocktail of testosterone goodness. (see below for information)

Brilla and Conte investigated the combined role of magnesium supplementation and exercise on testosterone levels. A simple zinc-magnesium nutritional formulation (30 mg zinc monomethionine, 450 mg magnesium aspartate, and 10.5 mg of vitamin B-6) was able to improve T levels of athletes engaging in intense physical activity compared to placebo (132.1 to 176.3 pg/mL versus 141 to 126.6 pg/mL). The highest levels of T were found in those athletes both exercising and receiving magnesium supplementation.

DIM

DIM or Diindolylmethane is a compound found in cruciferous vegetables including broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower. It showed anti-inflammatory and anticancer effects in laboratory and animal studies. It was also shown to increase bone mass, which may have implications for patients with osteoporosis. DIM has primarily been used over the last decade as a form of estrogen metabolism and aromatase inhibition. Diindolylmethane quite literally helps your body metabolize estradiol so you can discard it via urine and feces.

Bottom line, Diindolylmethane is used to lower estrogen, therefore increasing testosterone.

Zinc Monomethionine

Zinc is an essential dietary mineral. You need zinc for your immune system to function properly and for cell division. Zinc helps enzymes break down food and other nutrients. It also plays an important role in enzymes that build proteins. It can be found in certain foods, but it’s also available in supplements, either by itself, or combined with other minerals like magnesium.

Having a zinc deficiency can lead to low testosterone. Exactly why a lack of zinc impacts testosterone levels isn’t fully understood. The mineral may affect the cells in the testes that produce testosterone.

Research into the effectiveness of zinc for hypogonadism (low testosterone) is limited but guided and appropriate supplementation may help raise your testosterone levels. One study conducted by “The Journal of Exercise Physiology”  researched the effects of a magnesium and zinc supplement. It found that men who received 30 milligrams of zinc per day showed increased levels of free testosterone in their bodies.

Boron Citrate

Boron is an essential mineral that plays a huge role for many bodily functions.

The current review of boron focuses primarily on boron’s most salient effects on human health, including its impact on bone development and regeneration, wound healing, the production and metabolism of sex steroids and vitamin D, and the absorption and use of calcium and magnesium. In addition, boron has anti-inflammatory effects that can help alleviate arthritis and improve brain function and has demonstrated such significant anticancer effects that boronated compounds are now being used in the treatment of several types of cancer.

After only 1 week of boron supplementation of 6 mg per day, a study conducted by Naghii concluded that healthy males found a significant increase in free testosterone, which rose from an average of 11.83 pg/mL to 15.18 pg/mL; and significant decreases in E2 (estradiol – estrogen), which dropped from 42.33 pg/mL to 25.81 pg/mL.

Boron is a powerhouse in and of itself, but when combined with the other ingredients previously listed, it can’t be stopped.

Black Pepper Extract

Black Pepper Extract is used in most supplements to aid in the absorption of ingredients into the body. The most common, researched dose is 5 mg.

Black Pepper is a source of piperine, a molecule that does not do much on its own but can inhibit enzymes that would attack other molecules. Due to this, it is ingested alongside some supplements to increase their absorption rates.
